15 years ago I brought my 2007 Honda Ridgeline to The Body Shop after the front hood was damaged by a golf ball. Over the last year the paint on my hood started to peal away and bubble. I recently returned to The Body Shop to have another car repaired when the owner (Dino) told me the work they perform on vehicles is covered by their lifetime warranty. I showed Dino the damage to my 2007 Ridgeline and he said it was absolutely covered under their lifetime warranty. Staying true to his word, Dino had the hood on my Ridgeline re-painted and it looks absolutely fantastic! I've been extremely impressed by the quality of work performed by the team at The Body Shop and the professionalism and integrity shown by Dino and his staff. I highly recommend The Body Shop to anyone looking for quality work at a reasonable price, who appreciates a company that stands by their work. Dino does it again! Deep scrape on the side door of my 2500 Chevy 2500 and the color I thought would be impossible to match. NOPE! He absolutely killed it. A friend referred me to owner Dino. When I stopped by for a quote Dino wasn't there but Rick Theobald was! I had received an estimate from a competitor that I thought was high as it was $1000 over the ballpark I was given. Also, I was told they'd need the car at least a week. Within minutes, Rick checked out the damage and gave me a competitive estimate. He was prepared to take my vehicle in the next week and estimated no more than three days for the repair to be completed. Although I didn't need it, Rick offered to handle the rental for me. By the way, this shop does repair work for insurance carriers like Nationwide, Mercury, Kemper among others. As an industry veteran, I know the vetting these guys go through with carriers to receive carrier referrals. In addition to Rick,Michelle and Angela were helpful as well. Three days after dropping off my car, I picked it up. As I paid my bill, Dino asked me to keep my receipt and sign the completed work order because he offers a "lifetime warranty" on the repairs. The Body Shop isn't a corporate store like others in the Valley. I feel like I'm part of their family now. One more thing....they washed my car and made my tires look new!

Being a single mother, I feel helpless when it comes to having my car repaired and I feal like I am going to be taken advantage of because I do not know anything about cars. After walking into the front door ( the office looks like a Doctor's office) it was clean and very presentable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dino came out and looked at my Lexus and was very confident that they will make the car look like nothing happened. They helped me thru all the processing of the car and called the rental company and I was treated like a person and not an object. I went into the Body Shop crying and confused on what to do after I had my accident. Stacey at the front desk gave me a warm smile and said we will take care of everything and she was right! I left my Pathfinder that was badly damaged in the front and within a couple of weeks, I got a call that my Pathfinder was done. I was surprised because of how much damage was there. I went to get my truck that night and looked new and it WAS CLEAN!!!!! talk about going the extra mile, not only did they repair my Pathfinder, they detailed it too!!!! I am a customer for life !!!!

Unfortunately this is the second time I have had my car damaged within the past year and I was referred to the body shop by one of their previous customers and said they had a wonderful experiance getting their car repaired there.
